SKUForge add-on: clean up your Shopify catalog
SKUForge turns a supplier's CSV or Excel catalog into import files for Shopify that you can review before anything reaches your store. We plan to offer it as an add-on for iStitchAds customers.
What SKUForge does
- Reads a supplier's CSV or Excel catalog and prepares a Shopify import file of new products, as drafts.
- Follows fixed rules and does not use AI to decide anything.
- Holds back any product with a blocking problem, such as a missing price, a duplicate SKU or a missing title, and lists it for you to review.
- Records every value it changed, so nothing is changed silently.
It creates new products only. It does not update products already in your store.
Where it stands
Today: SKUForge is run for Shopify stores by Bash Tail. Its page there has the full list of what you receive and what it checks, and how to ask about pricing.
Planned: offering it inside iStitchAds for our ad editor's customers. The ad editor is still in development, so the add-on is too.
